Director Biography - Angelica Belen Figueroa Sarabia
Angelica Belen Figueroa Sarabia is a filmmaker from Tlaltizapán, Morelos, Mexico. Her passion for romantic literature, film, and storytelling has driven her to pursue a career in filmmaking, with the unwavering support of her parents and her two sisters, Vania and Paloma.
Currently, she is studying at the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles, where she continues to refine her craft and explore the power of storytelling. As a director, Angelica focuses on creating emotionally resonant narratives with deeply relatable characters, often exploring themes of love, personal growth, and human connection.
For her, filmmaking is more than just a profession, it is a means of self-expression, a way to evoke emotions, and spark meaningful conversations. Her goal is to tell stories that transcend borders and cultures, leaving a lasting impact on audiences worldwide.
