A loose adaptation of Edgar Allan Poe's short story, The Fall of the House of Usher. Alba and Pedro live in a house in ruins. After the death of their mother, they receive a visit from their four siblings, Celia, Laura, Esther and Juan, who intend to take their share of the inheritance, selling the house and dividing the money. But the house has other plans.
Director Biography - David Salgado Marcote
David Salgado Marcote (A Coruña, 1979). Linked to the audiovisual sector for more than a decade in various facets (photography, script and direction), he has written, produced and directed five short films under his own label created in 2012, Dama Negra Films. He writes film reviews on his film blog, 24 Sombras por segundo. He has collaborated on the Berenice book, M. Night Shyamalan: The Glass Filmmaker, and with Applehead Team on the three volumes that will make up the series, A Journey Through Fantasy and Horror Cinema. He is currently working on the writing of a book aimed at teaching film scripts for the Treintaycinco audiovisual school.
