Director Biography - John Field Brown
John has written, directed, produced, and edited six of his own short films, "YER SMACKIN" being his latest. His short films have gone on to screen at reputable film festivals such as Film Shortage, Waco Independent Film Festival, El Paso Film Festival, and San Antonio Film Festival, as well as winning "Best Student Film" at the 2025 Prison City Film Festival.
John's achievements also include multiple wins for Best Director, Best Cinematography, Best Editor, and Best Young Filmmaker.
