Director Biography - Dima Puchkarev
Dima Puchkarev is a Los Angeles-based filmmaker, social worker, and storyteller committed to highlighting stories of resilience, redemption, and transformation. As a first-generation American, Dima brings a unique perspective to his work, drawing on his own experiences with recovery, community service, and advocacy.
With a background in social work and a Master’s degree in Social Work, Dima has spent years working with marginalized communities, including individuals affected by homelessness, addiction, and recidivism.
