Director Biography - Nicolas Gastón Sole Allgnani

Es un animador, ilustrador y realizador. Nació en Argentina en 1991 y en 2017 se graduó como diseñador audiovisual en la Universidad de Buenos Aires. Empezó trabajando en diversas producciones filmadas y como camarógrafo y editor de la Armada Argentina. En 2015 cofundó Coda Films, un estudio dedicado a la producción audiovisual para bandas de música. En 2017 decide dejarlo todo y dedicarse exclusivamente a la animación. Desde entonces ha trabajado como realizador de storyboard y como animador 2D en cine, shows animados y publicidad, para estudios como Rudo Co., Binalogue, WTF!, etc. Como realizador ha hecho 4 cortometrajes y se encuentra preparando un quinto. A fines de 2018 se traslada a Barcelona, donde reside actualmente, y cursa el máster de Animación 2D de la Escola de Cinema de Barceñona, del que se gradúa con el cormetraje "Good Night Mr Ted". Actualmente trabaja para Submarine, en la nueva película animada de Richard Linklater.

He is an animator, illustrator, and filmmaker. He was born in Argentina in 1991 and in 2017 he graduated as an audiovisual designer from the University of Buenos Aires. He started working on various filmed productions and as a cameraman and editor for the Argentine Navy. In 2015 he co-founded Coda Films, a studio dedicated to audiovisual production for music bands. In 2017 he decided to drop everything and dedicate himself exclusively to animation. Since then he has worked as a storyboard artist and as a 2D animator in film, animated shows and advertising, for studios such as Rudo Co., Binalogue, WTF !, etc. As a filmmaker he made 4 short films and is preparing a fifth. At the end of 2018 he moves to Barcelona, where he lives today, and does the 2d Animation Máster at the "Escola de Cinema de Barcelona", and graduates with the shortfilm "Good Night Mr Ted". He currently works for Submarine in the new animated film by Richard Linklater.
