"I Mustache You" is a whimsical magical realistic comedy, inspired by Buster Keaton, Looney Tunes, and NYC about Abby, a woman with social anxiety, OCD and agoraphobic tendencies who receives an invitation to love, self acceptance, and the outside world.

Director Biography - Shara Ashley Zeiger

Shara Ashley Zeiger is an award winning Jewish actor/filmmaker from Philadelphia residing in NYC. Shara's played roles on "The Plot Against America" (HBO), "BULL" (CBS), "The Last OG" (TBS), various indie films, Off Broadway, Regional Theatre, and National Tours. Shara has screened her work at over 50 film festivals on the circuit, and has been nominated and won awards many times. Her films include "JOE" (writer/producer/actor) available on Amazon/SofyTV/Tubi TV, "The Red Lotus" (writer/producer/actor), "Secret Feminism" (writer/director/producer/actor), "Faustess" (writer/producer/actor). Shara's digital sketch comedy series "The Homemade Sketch Show" can be seen on Tubi TV. She also creates microseries for Rizzle Studios as Original Series for The Rizzle App. ("The 311", "Tippy Tips", "Customer Skirmish" etc.) Shara is the playwright behind "Roughly Speaking" her critically acclaimed play with rap about the homeless (she was also in) that ran in NYC. It was hailed by Broadwaybox as one of the top 6 plays to see after the election (included with Hamilton & Sweat) and one of the top 6 shows to see with a limited run by Playbill. Shara's devised dozens of new works with students through various residencies, as a company member with Hivemind Collective, and recently an adaptation of "Alice in Wonderland" for English language learners in Chengdu, China. Shara is alum of Ithaca College, The O'Neill Center's National Theater Institute, and UCB. She is a proud member of AEA, SAG-AFTRA, NYWIFT & The FilmmakeHers.
