Love, Hui Mei

On the cusp of graduation, Sabrina reflects on the loss of her mother and their relationship that never had the chance to fully grow. Drawn to the culture that once bound them, she travels to Guangzhou, where reunions with family and immersion in tradition reveal new dimensions of the woman she lost. As she navigates unfamiliar spaces and emotions, Sabrina begins to trace connections between past and present, searching for a sense of closeness– and discovering new ways to feel it.
